To celebrate 21 years of Bourke Street Bakery, we launched a design competition and were blown away by the creativity of the entries.
The winning design by Hallie Evans, a Sydney-based creative, draws inspiration from the breads and pastries she loves at our Marrickville bakery. Using slices of sourdough, ciabatta, and baguette as stamps, Hallie created a bold artwork that celebrates the heart of Bourke Street Bakery.
Now featured on our limited-edition T-shirt, this collection is a wearable piece of our story.
